FAQ

1. What are the differences of these microphone cables?
Mainly, they are with different conductors, outer diameter, shielding.
MC002 is with 0.22mm2 (24AWG) conductors, spiral shielding, the outer diameter is 6.0mm.
MC230 is with 0.30mm2 (22AWG) conductors, spiral shielding, the outer diameter is 6.2mm.
MC010 is with 0.30mm2 (22AWG) conductors, braided shielding, the outer diameter is 6.5mm.

2. What are the differences of spiral and braided shielding?
The structure of the spiral shielding is easy to be changed after bending, but the cable will be flexible and also low cost, it is suitable for low frequency shielding. Braided shielding is stable after bending, it has an excellent shielding features and suitable for high frequency shielding, but the production efficiency is low and the cost is high.

3. What kind of materials do you use for conductors?
They are with Oxygen Free Copper wire with 99.99% purity, the best copper in China.

4. What certifications do you have for them?
Our products have passed the ISO9001-2015 quality management system and obtained various product test reports, such as: CQC, SGS, CE, ROHS, REACH, etc.

5. What are the applications for them?
They are recommended for stage, studio ,installation, home-recording, mobile. If higher standard cables you need for installation, f.e. flame-retardant and halogen-free (FRNC), please contact with us freely for more information.

6. What are the connectors used to connect with them?
XLR,TS,TRS are the commonly used connectors with them, depends on what equipment you need to connect. We have different types of these connectors for selection.

7. How long can we order for them?
The standard length for them is 100m in roll, packed by Roxtone brand carton drum. If you need special length, please check with us freely.

8. How about the MOQ?
The MOQ is 3000m, 30 rolls in 100m.

9. Are other colors except black is available to order?
The standard color for them is black, other colors like red, blue,green,yellow can be produced, they are belong to custom-made colors, the MOQ of them is 6000m.

10. Can I order them with my private label?
Yes, you can, but you should meet our MOQ, please contact with us for details.

11. What’s the lead time for you?
It’s mainly based on the order quantities and also our production capacity, our standard lead time is 30-50day, we will confirm the lead time with you after receiving your order.

12. How about the warranty and return policy for them?
Roxtone cable is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime warranty. We will repair or replace it upon inspection and at Roxtone’s discretion. This limited warranty is void of any defects are caused by mishandling, negligence or damage from user.

13. How about the cost for them? How does it compare to other brands of microphone cable？
The cost is based on the specifications, materials, etc., Different brands cable has its own price level and quality control, the buyer should choose the one which suit them well.

14. What is the payment terms?
TT, 30% as deposit before production, and balanced before shipment.
