1. Schill has such product, is yours same as them?
They are our Roxtone own developed products, we research, design and invest the molds, we have appearance patents and utility model patents of them.
2. How many sizes you have for this series?
We have three sizes and named them by the outer diameter of the drum, PCD235 is with drum O.D. 235mm, PCD310 is with drum O.D.310mm and PCD380 is with drum O.D.380mm. PCD310 is the top seller.
3. What are the materials of them?
The drum is mainly combined with 3 parts, they are frame, drum and cable winder.
Frame, it is made from robust PC with integrated handle and brake.
Drum, it is made from a special PE composite material.
Cable winder, it is also made from a special PE composite material.
The three parts are injection molded once, fixed by snap rings, and easy to install.
4. They are plastic drum?
Yes, they are plastic.
5. Are they strong? Why we go to choose a plastic drum instead of metal?
Yes, they are strong. Compared with metal drum, they are light weight, crush resistance, drop resistance, not easy to deformation, also oil-resistance, anti-UV etc., all these features are determined by the raw material used. Generally, they are strong enough.
6. How long cables can they roll?
The cables can be rolled are determined by the drum size itself and the cable diameter, f.e., PCD310, cable with O.D.6.0mm can be rolled with 157m cables, O.D.7.0mm is about 115m. For each size, we have its capacity by different cable O.D., you can find them in their specifications.
7. What about the applications of them?
First, we call them cable drum, so they can be rolled with different kinds of cable in different industries to play the function of length extension.
Then the cable winder can be replaced by socket panel, we provided 1 way, 2 ways, 4 ways, 8 ways & 12 ways panel for selection, they can be installed with speaker cable, combination cable, multicore cable, network cable, power cable, optical fiber etc. they can be used in various settings, such as stage, recording studio, theater etc.
8. What you required MOQ for them?
The MOQ for PCD235 and PCD310 is 50pcs, PCD380 is 20pcs.
9. If we want to put our own logo, can you do?
Sorry, we only sell them with Roxtone logo.
10. If I order them with MOQ, how many days can you finish them?
We can confirm with you after we receive your order.
11. How can I pay the order?
For order amount less than 10000 USD, we asked to pay it 100% before bulk production.
For order amount more than 10000 USD, 30% as deposits before production, balanced before shipment.
If the order amount is less than 5000 USD, the cost will change from FOB to EXW.
12. How about the warranty and return policy for them?
Roxtone cable is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime warranty. We will repair or replace it upon inspection and at Roxtone’s discretion. This limited warranty is void of any defects are caused by mishandling, negligence or damage from user.
